The Courseware Store currently supports SSL communication with browsers using a 128-bit cipher strength. If your browser only uses a 40-bit cipher strength, you will need to install an upgrade. Most browsers list the supported cipher strengths in the Help–>About menu. Internet Explorer users using lower than version 5.5 can install Microsoft's High Encryption Pack by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.mspx.
