How do I submit a shipping claim?

Our service goal is that every order arrive undamaged and on time - every time. We support this goal with one of the best shipping claim policies in the business. With the exception of extreme weather or emergency situations, if we cause you to suffer a late, damaged, or incomplete delivery, we will promptly work with you to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate support action. It's simple to submit a claim: within 10 business days of the delivery receipt, call Customer Service at 1-800-478-7788 option 2.

Note: While Element K prepares and packages all products to prevent damage, sometimes damage can occur to the items. Although, Customer Service will do its best to support your impending training materials, they may request that you contact your local FedEx package carrier and submit a damage claim notice. Claims for damaged deliveries require that packaging and products be available for review. In general, it is recommended that packages exhibiting physical damage upon receipt should be noted and recorded by the delivering agent. If a package is delivered late, Element K will credit the difference from your requested delivery to that of your actual delivery once verified.
