What if Chat is not available, how do I contact you?

Customer service is our number one priority at Element K.  We make every effort to make it easy and convenient for you to contact us - whether via email, phone and now online chat.  Sometimes, though, our chat capability may not be available for brief intervals due to maintenance and other related circumstances.  Please rest assured that should the chat capability be temporarily unavailable, you can always email us your question using the Chat tool or the form on the Contact Us page.
